It’s no secret that the world of New York City real estate is complex and nuanced; as an insightful and curious professional working in real estate, David Drumheller committed himself to learn as much about the trade as he could. He has since distinguished himself as an advice-giver and experienced consultant in the industry. As a skilled real estate consultant with years of experience, there came a point when David Drumheller realized how much time he was spending answering questions from novice and seasoned real estate professionals. As someone who’s always gone out of his way to help others, David wanted to find a way to capitalize on the plethora of knowledge at his disposal. He decided to pursue consulting as a way to monetize his skills and passion. Thus, in 2014, he founded JDM Ventures to kick-start his real estate consulting practice.
At JDM Ventures, David works with various clients—predominantly owners and operators of New York multifamily real estate properties—to ensure they can achieve financial and operational success.
Looking ahead to the future, David Drumheller wants to continue to grow his firm in various ways. He wants to branch out from consulting and incorporate more areas of involvement, including real estate-focused financial and merchant services. Additionally, David is already involved with multiple businesses and is working on getting into franchising as he looks to bring in more revenue streams.
Outside of his career, David is a loving and involved family man who loves spending time with his wife and children. David Drumheller met his wife during his first month of school in 2000, and while each traversed their own journey for several years, the two eventually reconnected and tied the knot in 2011. They had a beautiful ceremony in Hilton Head Island, where his family owns a home. Now, David and his wife are the proud parents of two beautiful children—their daughter, Dylan, and their son, Mason. Together, they love to travel, experience new cuisines, and enjoy family activities all along the East Coast of the U.S.
